The truth about abs scam programs is that, in reality, some of these programs actually do work. The thing about the scams that are often talked about online in various forums, though, is that a lot of the complaints center in and around very specific characteristics of the user or gym-goer’s own, personal situation. So, what we have are things like people with disabilities, complaining about the workout not being able to get them the results that they see on TV. Well, okay, yes: let’s start out with the obvious: if you have a physical handicap of some sort, you’re not going to be able to get very far with your results, here. You’re not going to be able to achieve exactly what it is you do see on TV with some of these ab workout programs (whether those programs are delivered to the user over the Internet, or on DVD in the way of a video instructional, or what have you).
